Meet Chase J. Farache
With deep roots in South Florida and years of experience across law, real estate, and development, I bring a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to every project and relationship. My professional journey has been shaped by both academic excellence and hands-on industry experience, allowing me to navigate complex transactions with clarity, precision, and integrity.
I earned my Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where I developed a strong foundation in legislative analysis, zoning, and regulatory matters. Prior to law school, I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona, an experience that strengthened my communication skills and creative perspective—tools I continue to rely on in client advocacy and strategic planning.
Before and during my legal training, I built an extensive career in real estate brokerage, acquisitions, and development throughout South Florida. I have worked closely with municipalities, planning commissions, developers, and investors, analyzing market trends, evaluating development opportunities, and supporting residential, commercial, and affordable housing projects. This dual background allows me to see the full picture—from legal feasibility to market viability.
I believe real estate is never one-size-fits-all. Every client, property, and community has its own story, and trust is the foundation of every successful transaction. Whether advising on development strategy, navigating regulatory hurdles, or helping clients make informed real estate decisions, my goal is always the same: to provide reliable guidance, transparent communication, and results-driven solutions you can confidently rely on.
